Can I See My Rooms Lit Before I Buy?

Yes. A lighting designer can take the renders of your own rooms and show them lit, the way they will look in the evening. You see the result first, approve it, and only then does anyone choose a light.
Why it matters
Most people choose lights from a catalogue or a showroom. Each one looks good on its own. The surprise comes later, when they are all switched on together in your room and it does not feel the way you pictured. By then the ceiling is closed and the lights are paid for.
Seeing your rooms first turns that around. You judge how the space feels, not how a product looks in a photo.
How it works
You send your renders and drawings. High-resolution renders of the rooms, the CAD drawings, and your mood boards or finishes if you have them.
We relight your renders. Each room is shown with the light it will have: where it is bright, where it stays soft, what catches the eye. You also get mood images and a plan showing where the light falls in each space.
You approve the look. Comments go back and forth until it is right. Then the look is locked.
The look is rebuilt in lighting software. The approved rooms are modelled again with real light levels, and the lights that create that look are chosen. This is the step that turns a picture into something that can be built.
From there, the drawings show every light, where it goes and how it is wired. One set of drawings, so any supplier can quote.
Is the render a promise?
A render shows the intent: the mood, the balance of light and dark, what should stand out. The light level calculation that follows checks it. When the two agree, the finished room looks like the image.
On a perfume boutique we designed in Abu Dhabi, the furniture and finishes changed during the project, as they usually do. The light still landed where it was drawn, because every position was fixed in the drawings before anything was built.
Who it suits
Homeowners who find it hard to picture light from a drawing. Interior designers who want their client to approve the mood before the lighting is specified. Developers who want the look agreed before the lighting goes to tender.
If your layout is already drawn and you only need the lights checked, you can skip this step. Our Refine package starts from the layout you already have.
What happens next
Send us your renders and drawings. We sign an NDA before you share anything, and you get a fixed quote within one working day.
Quick answers
Do I need renders to start?
For this step, yes. Your renders are what we relight. If you do not have them yet, send the CAD drawings and we will suggest the right place to start.
How many of my rooms will I see lit?
In our Studio and Complete packages, at least five, or one for every 75 square metres of space that is not repeated, whichever is more.
